Charles J. Malki, Esq.

Real estate lawyer, Charles J. Malki, is the founding attorney for Florida Real Estate Law Group, P.A. and broker for Florida Esquire Realty, Inc. which he built upon his reputation as South Florida's most compassionate and dedicated attorneys on achieving his clients real estate goals. Specializing in real estate closings, foreclosure litigation, mortgage modification, landlord-tenant legal services, property management, property tax appeals and contract drafting.

Mr. Malki dedicates several days each month educating real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, Realtors, and the public on real estate legal issues through forums such as first time home buyers programs, the board of real estate, and investor conferences. He has participated with the local Habitat For Humanity programs since 2006, an organization he has participated in since high school, a non-profit organization which strives to assist our community with eliminating sub-standard housing and creating homes for families that would not normally qualify for conventional home ownership.

Mr. Malki graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine and earned his Juris Doctor from Western State University School of Law in Orange County, California in December 2001. His athletic past as an All American swimmer and achievement as #1 ranked scholar-athlete for the state of California in 1996 is evidenced is his determination, dedication and devotion toward accomplishing the same excellence for each of his clients that he and his firm represents.
